6-on-6 CO-ED Volleyball Tournament
Saturday, July 12, 2008
Held at NCCS, 6308 S. Warner, just south of Fremont on M-82, Fremont, MI 49412
Tournament divisions will include grass and mud on beach-size courts, each having the following divisions:
::Age 14 and under
::Age 18 and under
::College
::Adult open
All players will receive a T-shirt; medals will be awarded to the top 2 teams in each division.
Teams may consist of up to 8 players; up to 6 players are allowed on the court at one time; at least 2 players must be of the opposite sex.
Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust divisions as needed based on registrations.
Check in at 8:00am
Matches starting at 9:00am.
If you would like to hold a spot in the tournament and aren’t absolutely certain of all your team members
yet, go ahead and send in your registration with the entrance fee and all other information asked for on the form.
You will still be able to change team member names even on the morning of the tournament.
Early Bird Registration:
Entry fee $120 per team, postmarked or e-mailed by Mon. June 30, 2008.
Last Chance Registration:
Entry fee $180 per team postmarked or e-mailed after June 30, 2008.
We have "graciously decided to extend the earlybird pricing until the deadline of July 5!
Make sure you have registered online or have your registration postmarked by this date!
Deadline for all entries is Sat. July 5, 2008 (e-mailed or postmarked).
Download the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form; it must be signed by each player over 18 years old, players 17 years old and younger must have a parent/guardian signature. The completed Waiver must be presented at registration, before a team will be allowed to compete.
