to help plan next year’s event.
Publicity
- help with promotional materials distribution
- present event information to various community groups
Fund Raising
- aid in identifying and/or contacting potential contributors to procure donations
Field and Court Prep
- build volleyball net supports
- prepare fields for courts
- prepare general grounds for event set-up
Event Hosts
- registration station
- T-shirt distribution station
- information / lost & found station (shifts)
- First Aid station (shifts)
Breakfast & Lunch
- food preparation (shifts)
- food service and clean-up (shifts)
General Event
- set-up (Friday, July 16)
- parking crew (shifts)
- photographers – team and general event photos
- children’s activities – shift helpers, set-up and tear-down
- concessions (shifts)
- sound system/event announcer
- event tear-down (Saturday/Sunday)
